Working at IAAT

The IAAT way is all about working from the inside-out and that is a philosophy that is deeply embedded in the very fibre and being of all of us at IAAT. Everyone at IAAT recognises and identifies with the mission of the organisation. We believe that having a sense of community in the workplace is essential; where all members of the community have the opportunity and support to grow and flourish. At IAAT, we have created a community space where everyone feels empowered and responsible for realizing their desired goals. Ensuring that there is a high sense of equality and everyone feels included. As a result, hierarchy is almost non-existent, apart from certain functional roles that need to be adopted for operational purposes.
